Ground pork, minced garlic, chopped green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, black pepper, and salt should be mixed in a bowl. Mix well to incorporate all ingredients.

Prepare the Filling
Put wonton wrappers on a clean, dry surface. Put a teaspoon of pork filling in each wrapper's centre. Moisten the wrappers' edges with water, then fold them to make a triangle or wonton shape. Seal the filling by pressing the edges hard.
